Your practitioner will take a photo of your iris and explain the value of this diagnostic method in terms of your health. A report will be made available to you explaining the impact of stress, temperament, and ability to clear toxins, acidity and many other things.

While a referral from a doctor isn’t necessary, Dee or Maree would be happy to work with your Doctor if they have recommended that you see someone to help with mental health.

This session involves a variety of modalities including cranio-sacral, orthobionomy, kinesiology, reflexology, aromatherapy and acupressure. The outcome is balancing and soothing to the nervous system. The practitioner uses skilled evaluation, palpation and energy techniques to tune in to your body’s needs.

REMEDIAL MASSAGE
Remedial massage is used to assess and address specific areas of the body. Several massage techniques including trigger point therapy, deep tissue, myotherapy, cross fibre and stretching are used to loosen trouble spots and provide relief of pain and restricted movement.

Initial visit including consult (60 minutes) –  $130

Regular/Long follow up (40 minutes) – $99

Short follow up (30 minutes) – $70

When movement is not free and easy and physical problems keep re-occurring it may be time to have an assessment by practitioners who can identify where the issue lies, and correct structural/postural imbalance.
They may find that nutritional imbalances are involved which can create rigidity, pain and tension in muscles and soft tissue fibre.
Identifying these and any other drivers of inflammation helps reduce the likelihood of future problems.
