Compassionate counselling and assessment

Our Counsellors are available to work with you on issues from anxiety, stress, bullying and relationship problems. Maree Armansin, also a mentor and educator, advises on all relationship issues, as well as grief, bullying and parenting. This session involves a variety of modalities including cranio-sacral, orthobionomy, kinesiology, reflexology, aromatherapy and acupressure. The outcome is balancing and soothing to the nervous system. The practitioner uses skilled evaluation, palpation and energy techniques to tune in to your body’s needs.

REMEDIAL MASSAGE
Remedial massage is used to assess and address specific areas of the body. Several massage techniques including trigger point therapy, deep tissue, myotherapy, cross fibre and stretching are used to loosen trouble spots and provide relief of pain and restricted movement.

When movement is not free and easy and physical problems keep re-occurring it may be time to have an assessment by practitioners who can identify where the issue lies, and correct structural/postural imbalance.
They may find that nutritional imbalances are involved which can create rigidity, pain and tension in muscles and soft tissue fibre.
Identifying these and any other drivers of inflammation helps reduce the likelihood of future problems.
