Frequently Asked Questions

How many visits will I need?

We treat the whole person, not just the symptoms so this will depending on your health and the wellbeing goals. However, you may expect to visit your naturopath on average 2 – 6 times to achieve your desired outcome.

Over the age of 40 we recommend a health check up every 6 – 12 months.

Will additional tests be required?

We’ll take into account your current medical history and work with whatever medication you are currently taking. In addition we may specify either blood, salivary or stool analysis for diagnosis or monitoring of your health. Testing at a pathology lab is at an additional cost.

Is my suburb within easy reach of your clinic?

Other than Chermside the surrounding suburbs we look after include: Everton Hills, Bridgeman Downs, McDowall, Aspley, Albany Creek, Stafford, Kedron, Gordon Park, Grange.

These suburbs are within 6 minutes of the clinic.

You will be pleased to know there is free street parking surrounding the clinic. The quietest times in our street are the afternoons.

Fatigue

We also love to help people recover from adrenal (HPA dysfunction) and chronic fatigue and fibromyalgia.

Some of our practitioners have advanced training in treating and assessing children with ASD, behavioural and learning difficulties.

Other practitioners have a special interest in preventing the early signs of ageing and where possible reversing them. This includes high blood sugar levels, insulin resistance, metabolic syndrome, cardiovascular disease risk factors and menopause.

Can I claim Health Care Rebates or Medicare?

Remedial Massage can be claimed back on private health cover. The amount you will get back varies with your fund and level of cover.

At the clinic you will only pay the gap, since most rebates can be claimed electronically.
